Timothy M. Brady

Timothy M. Brady, 28, a life-long resident of Wilmington, MA, passed away at his house on Sunday, May 15th, 2016 after a long battle with drug addiction.

Tim was born in Melrose, MA; on April 25, 1988; he was the cherished son of Mark and Patricia (Lomatire) Brady. Tim was raised and educated in Wilmington and involved in youth sports throughout his childhood. Tim loved playing Little League Baseball, Wilmington Pop Warner, and Wildcat Football at Wilmington High School.

Tim was a die-hard Boston sports fan who will always be remembered for his sense of humor and strong love for his family and friends.

Tim is survived by his parents, Mark and Patricia Brady, of Wilmington, MA and his brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Stephanie Brady of Asbury Park, NJ. He is also lucky enough to be survived by a strong and loving family of many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and members of the fellowship.

Family & friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Friday, May 20th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting Hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, May 19th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Tim’s family requests that donations can be made to The Hurley House, Inc., P. O. Box 540662, in Waltham, MA, 02454-0662, where Tim was working on his recovery.

    My memories of Tim always centered around his kindness. We never really traveled in the same circle, but kindness knows no barriers, and Tim was always sure to smile and make me feel welcome, even if we were never best friends. When I think of Wilmington and childhood, Tim comes to mind, a constant character who always made things a little better. He will be missed. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this trying time.

    So sorry Trisha, Mark, and Scott. Growing up on Cypress/Christine Drive with Timmy was great. I still remember the day you guys moved in. Timmy was a riot and always so nice.
