Barbara A. Perkins

Barbara A. Perkins (Munroe), age 76, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2018. Barbara was the beloved wife of Robert J. Perkins, dear mother of David and Jeffrey Perkins, daughter of the late Farrell and Florence (Coulter) Munroe, sister of Ronald Munroe, the late Jack Munroe and Robert Munroe. Barbara is survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Saturday, March 10th at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake St., Peabody at 11:00 a.m. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, March 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations in Barbara’s memory may be made to a Charity of Your Choice.

    My cousin Barbara was a warm, kind person. She had a great smile & laugh. I’ll miss her teasing me. I’m very sorry cousin Bob, David& Jeff for your huge loss.

    I had the pleasure of getting to know Barbara as her dental hygienist for the past 13 years . I always looked forward to our visits and I got to know her quite well. She was kind and I will miss our “chats” and laughs. Condolences to her family. I will miss her greatly.
