Barbara worked as a cashier at Lucci’s Supermarket and Market Basket in Woburn. She enjoyed seeing the familiar faces of co-workers and customers.

In her spare time, Barbara liked to sit and have tea and cookies with her family and friends. She loved to “catch up” and hear the latest news in everyone’s lives. She enjoyed shopping for her family; always very giving and putting everyone’s needs before her own. Barbara loved to travel; she especially liked her many trips to the Cape, Maine and New Hampshire.

Barbara was a kind and loving person; she will be greatly missed by her family, friends and her beloved dog, Hope.

Barbara was the beloved wife of Robert Howe, devoted mother of Susan Sargent & her companion Arthur Hall of Billerica, loving “Booma” of Sean Charles & his companion Amanda, Laura Ann & her fiancée Thomas Small and Megan Ann & her companion Scott Burke, cherished daughter of Francis and Teresa (Zaccagnini) D’Amico, dear sister of Emma Gaeta of West Roxbury, Loretta Dunn of Burlington and the late Peter and John D’Amico of Watertown, sister-in-law of Carol Howe & the late Chester Howe of Andover, Nancy Wheeler of Nashua, NH, Donald W.
