Benjamin Vega

Benjamin Vega, age 79, of Billerica, passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2018. Benjamin was the beloved husband of 57 years to Herminia (Luciano) Vega, devoted father of Louis A. “Tony” Vega and Israel Vega all of Billerica, the late Louis F., Benjamin Jr., and Jose Vega. Loving “Pa” of his granddaughter Adora A. Vega and great-granddaughter Liliana M. Brozonos. Cherished son of the late Felipe Medina and Santa Ines Avila, dear brother of Carmen Maria Vega of Brockton, nephew of Santos Vega of Puerto Rico. Benjamin is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Tuesday, August 28th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Visiting Hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, August 27th from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
