Lori – I am so sorry to learn of Danny’s passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have great memories of you and Danny from high school. Lori, a little saying that has gotten me through the hard times of when a loved one has passed: The stars above are openings in Heaven where the love of our loved ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy. I hope that it gives you the same peace.

  6. Wendy Wiberg says:

I’m so shocked and sorry to hear of the loss of your husband. Luckily you and Danny were high school sweethearts, so had many years together–but not enough, I know. Please know that there are many of us out there thinking of you and your family at this unspeakably sad time, and all send you our deepest condolences. I happened to read this quote today and thought of you: “What the heart has once owned, it shall never lose.” H.W. Beecher. Although Danny’s gone, your love for him never will be.

  7. Patti Poloian Park says:

    Dear Lori,
So sorry to read about Danny’s passing. I remember going through school with him especially the old Walker School. My mom and his mom, June, were friends way back when. Boy, time does fly, and he was way too young to pass away. We graduated together from WHS, in 1973. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I also live in Florida, Sarasota, for 3 years now.

I was so shocked to read of the passing of Danny…I’ve know him since our West Intermediate days…We graduated WHS together Class of ‘73…We always sat near each other in classes we shared when we had to sit alphabetically…Danny was one of the funniest people I have ever known…
When I think of him…it always brought a smile to my face…
You are all in my thoughts & prayers…
