Donald went out of his way to help with community fundraisers and was very instrumental in the building of the Gazebo that is on the Town Common. In the late 1980’s he moved his family to Gloucester where he welcomed his youngest daughter Yvonne and thoroughly enjoyed his new home, new friends and his “boating life”; he was always such a happy guy. In the last few years, Donald, moved to Methuen with his daughter Russy to be closer to his children and grandchildren.

Donald will be fondly remembered as a “great guy” a “true gentleman” who was very devoted to his family, friends and community. Donald loved to take care of everyone he met; his kindness and care toward others was evident in everything he did. He was truly one of a kind and will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.
