Gerald S. White, Sr.

Gerald S. White, Sr., age 81, of Wilmington, passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 24, 2016.

Gerald was the beloved husband of the late Barbara (Boylen) White and Roberta (Plourde) Hare White, devoted father of Gerald S. White, Jr. and Mary L. Crossley & her husband Wayne Pedersen, loving “Grampe” of Morgan Cleary and Corrie Doe & her husband Michael, Great-Grampe of Brayden Doe, cherished son of the late William F. and Marjory F. (Merlin) White, dear brother of Franklin White, Marjory Delory, Suzanne Mackey, the late Cynthia Lloyd, Robert, James, Donald and William White. Gerald is also survived by Melvin Hare and James Hare, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Family & friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Wednesday, July 27th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Dorothy’s Church, Main Street (Rte. 38), Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 26th from 4:00-8:00 p.m.

Memorial donations in Gerald’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
