James A. “Jim” Foley, Jr.

James A. “Jim” Foley, Jr., age 78, of North Andover, passed away on September 10, 2018.

Beloved husband of Janet (Gillies) Foley and devoted father of Stephen Foley & his wife Dorothy of Tewksbury, Marcia Vozzella & her husband Steve, Donald Foley & his wife Catherine, Denise DePasquale & her husband the late Rocco, Diane Silva & her husband Ron all of Wilmington, Timothy Foley & his wife Jennifer of Tewksbury and the late James “Jimmie” Foley. A loving “Grampa” of Nicole Tranfaglia & her husband John, Jennifer Foley, Courtney Cavanaugh, Brittany Cavanaugh, Brian Cavanaugh, Caitlin Hubacz & her husband Lane, Shane Foley, Brendan Foley, Colin Foley, Drew Foley, Quinton Foley, Molly Foley, Samantha DePasquale, Lauren DePasquale, Nicholas Silva, Danielle Silva, Timothy Foley, Shyne Alive, Ashley Foley, Dylan Foley, MacKenzie Foley, Sebastian Foley, Scarlet Foley, great-grandfather of Jemma, Madelyn, Finley and Adeline, cherished son of the late James A. and Catherine M. (Emery) Foley, dear brother of the late Loretta Courtney, Frances Tetrault and Edward Foley. Jim is also survived by his former spouse and friend, Judith (Sumner) Foley, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62) Wilmington, on Saturday, September 15th from 11:00 – 2:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.

Memorial gifts may be made to The Trustees of Reservations in Jim’s honor.
