James M. “Jimbo” Connor

James M. “Jimbo” Connor, age 38, of Allenstown, NH, formerly a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2019.

Jimbo was born on February 11, 1981; he was the son of Chuck Connor and Laura Connor. Jim was raised in Wilmington and graduated from Shawsheen Valley Tech in 1999, where he majored in Plumbing.

Following graduation, Jimbo went to work for Dan-Cel Plumbing Company in Watertown as a Commercial Plumber for over 20 years.

Jimbo married Jillian (DeBlois) Connor on July 20, 2013. They lived in Wilmington for a few years before settling in Allenstown, NH in September of 2017.

Jimbo was a family man; he loved spending time with Jillian and their three children; Cheyenne, Dakota and Brayden. He loved hanging out with friends, listening to music and spending his time outdoors. Jimbo was athletic and loved to play sports.

Jimbo was a fun-loving person who had countless childhood friends that became his life-long friends. He loved a good joke and had a lot of fun playing pranks.

Jim was a devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, grandson, friend to many. He will always be remembered and never forgotten. Jim will truly be missed by all those who loved him.

Jimbo was the beloved husband of Jillian M. (DeBlois) Connor, devoted father of Cheyenne Grace Connor, Dakota Marie Connor and Brayden James Connor, cherished son of Chuck Connor & his wife Liz of Hampton, NH and Laura Connor of Oxford, MA, dear brother of Joe Connor of Somerville and twin brother of Jeff Connor & his wife Marissa of Atlanta, GA, loving uncle of Juliette Connor, grandson of Arlene Connor of Medford, son-in-law of David and Valerie DeBlois of Wilmington. Jimbo is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Thursday, May 9th at 9:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours will take place at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 8th from 4:00 – 7: 00 p.m.
