    Bckman Family-

My deepest sympathy on Kevin’s passing. I served with him on the Wilmington Historical Commission and he was an involved member of the commission and cared about Wilmington.

  4. Peggy Power says:

Kevin, I wish I had one more chance to give you a hug and ask how you are doing, but that will have to wait. You always made me laugh and I will remember you as one of the Tech kids that I truly enjoyed knowing. Rest in peace sweetheart.

My deepest sympathy to the Backman family.
