Mark S. Lucas, age 60, formerly a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away on November 27, 2021, at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
Mark was born on April 19, 1961, in Woburn, MA; he was the dear son of the late Glen and Joan Marie (Brennick) Lucas. Mark was raised and educated in Wilmington; he went on to attend Shawsheen Technical High School in Billerica where he studied to become an electrician. Mark graduated Shawsheen Tech with the Class of 1980.
Following High School, Mark worked for a few electrical companies before breaking off on his own and running Lucas Electrical for many years.
In his spare time Mark enjoyed camping, spending time at his parent’s home in Maine, stopping at Kittery Trading Post on his way to Maine and spending time with family and friends.
Mark is survived by his children Adam Lucas, Christopher Lucas, Matthew Lucas and his late wife Kim, Stephanie Lucas and companion Brenda McNee, he was the grandfather of Ripleigh, Brody, Adalee and Benjamin, brother of Glen Lucas and his wife Barbara, Donna Keller and her husband Kirk, Brad Lucas, Wayne Lucas and his wife Jean. Mark is also survived by his former wife and friend Debbie Lucas as well as his many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
At this time all services for Mark will be private.
