Maureen S. Minichiello

Maureen S. (Marshall) Minichiello, age 60, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2015 at the Winchester Hospital.

Maureen was born on December 2, 1954 in Melrose, MA; she was the cherished daughter of the late Martin and Betty Ann (Roberts) Marshall. Maureen grew up in Malden and graduated from Malden High School.

Maureen met her husband and best friend, Paul J. Minichiello, Sr., in her early teens and they married in the 1970′??s. Maureen and Paul lived in Malden for many years before moving to Wilmington in 1976, where they raised their two children Paul, Jr. and Nicole. Maureen and Paul returned to Malden for 10 years and returned to Wilmington in the mid 1990’s.

Maureen loved to spend time with her family; she was a devoted wife and mother. Maureen was always there to support her family; they were her priority. She cared about everyone around her and would help anyone; always putting others needs before her own.

In her spare time, Maureen enjoyed her many trips to the beach with her family and friends.

Maureen was a devoted wife, mother, “Mimi”,? sister and friend to everyone. Maureen was very kind and loving and will be greatly missed.

Maureen was the beloved wife of Paul J. Minichiello, Sr., devoted mother of Paul J. Minichiello, Jr. & his fiance Nicole Augusta of Billerica and Nicole Brown & her husband Paul of Methuen, loving “Mimi” of Jordyn Brown, Joseph Brown and Adrianna Minichiello, cherished daughter of the late Martin and Betty Ann (Roberts) Marshall, dear sister of Elaine Rafuse of Wilmington, Michael Marshall of Colorado and John Collins of New Hampshire. Maureen is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Tuesday, March 17th from 10:30 a.m. â?? 12:00 noon. Immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Memorial Donations in Maureen’s name may be made to Local Heroes, P.O. Box 536, Wilmington, MA 01887.
