Norma L. (Harris) Powers

Norma L. (Harris) Powers, age 78, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2014.

Norma was the beloved wife of the late Frank C. Powers, Sr., devoted mother of Debra Okolo & her husband Roger of Fremont, NH, Michael Manuel & his wife Joanne of Dracut, Catherine Sheehan of Wilmington, the late Steven Manuel, Anne Powers of North Andover, Frank C. Powers, Jr. of Bakersfield, CA and Christina Chalifour & her husband Lou of Salem, NH, loving “Nana” of Kim Crespo, Jenn Lopez, Heather Gilman, Steven Powers, Amanda Powers, Bryan Sheehan, Felicia LaBonte, Diana Powers, Crystal Powers, Frankie Powers, Matthew Powers, Celina Chalifour and 11 great-grandchildren, cherished daughter of the late Richard and Hazel (Taylor) Harris, dear sister of Nancy Saulnier of Epsom, NH and Ellen MacDonald of West Jordan, UT. Norma is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as her beloved dog, Coco.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rt. 62), Wilmington, on December 31st from 3:00-6:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma’s memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Avenue #2, Norwood, MA 02062.
