Norman A. Croteau

Norman A. Croteau, age 77, of Wilmington, died unexpectedly on September 20, 2014. Norman was the loving companion of Eleanor Botelho of Wilmington, cherished son of the late Olidore and Yvonne (Auger) Croteau, dear brother of Dennis Croteau & his wife Georgette of Salem, NH and the late Jeannette Smith & her husband William Smith of CT. Norman is survived by his nieces and nephews, Christine McGrath, Susan Desrochers, Billy Smith, Geoffrey Smith and Paula Mohamed, his special cousins Bea & Bob Cassidy of Haverhill and his extended family, Elizabeth & Daniel Walls of Salem, NH, Joseph & Geri Botelho and their children, Michelle, Kelli, Jill and Joseph of Lebanon, ME, Sharon & Robert Belida and their children, Michael, Nicole, Elizabeth and Joseph of Billerica, Susan & Knox Clark and their children, Katie and Knox of Manchester, NH, Deborah Kennedy and her children, Jesslyn and Connor of Derry, NH, Lisa & Frank Lake and their children, Liza, Frank and Lily of Wilmington and the late Jayne VanDinter and her daughter, Jennifer.

Family and friends will gather for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony’s Church, 851 Main Street (Rte. 38), Woburn, on Friday, September 26th at 10:00 a.m. Interment with Military Honors to follow in the Veterans Section of Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Norman’s name may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241. Norman was a U. S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. Arrangements under the direction of Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., Wilmington.
