Patricia F. Brennan

Patricia F. Brennan, of Tewksbury, formerly a long-time resident of Everett, died unexpectedly on March 9, 2013, at the Mass. General Hospital in Boston.
Patricia was born in Boston on January 17, 1936, she was the cherished only daughter of the late Joe and Catherine (Bickford) Brennan.  Patricia was raised and educated in Everett and a graduate of Girls Catholic High School in 1956.  Patricia was a life-long resident of Everett before moving to Tewksbury in 2002 where she enjoyed the company of many friends.
Prior to retiring, Patricia worked as an Executive Assistant for the U. S. Government, Department of Veterans for more than 40 years, where she was well liked and respected by her co-workers.
Patricia will be fondly remembered for devotion and unconditional love for her family, she loved being a mother , mother-in-law, and adored being with her granddaughters, they were the light of her life.  She was a big Patriots and Red Sox Fan, and a loyal friend to many.  Patricia approached life with a great sense of humor, she handled adversity with courage and grace, and always did the best she could with what she had.  Pat was quite a lady and will be greatly missed by many.
Patricia was the beloved and devoted mother of her kids Tricia C. Brennan and Patrick Noble, proud and loving “Nana” of Violet and Remi Noble, all of Tewksbury, cherished daughter of the late Joe and Catherine (Bickford) Brennan, dear sister of the late James Brennan.  Patricia is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Thursday, march 14th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Dorothy’s Church, Main St. (Rte. 38), Wilmington at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Everett.  Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 13th  from 6-8 p.m.  Memorial donations in Patricia’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
