Patrick B. McNally, age 53, of Wilmington, died unexpectedly on May 26, 2015, at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Patrick was born on October 9, 1961, in Winchester, MA; he was the cherished son of the late Bernard T. and Ann M. (O’Keefe) McNally of Wilmington.
Patrick was raised and educated in Wilmington School System. Following High School, Patrick joined the Marines and served as a Reservist for several years.
Patrick is survived by his beloved sons Patrick and Seamus McNally of Wilmington and their mother Susan Felton, he was the dear brother of Alfred T. Poirier and his wife Juliette of Alton, NH, James A. McNally and his wife Wendie of North Reading, Bernard J. McNally of Wilmington, and the late Maureen A. Bubanas. Patrick was the uncle of Ryan McNee, Kevin and Allison Bubanas and their daughter Marina, Nicholas Bubanas and several other nieces and nephews. Patrick is also survived by many friends.
Family and friends will gather for Visiting Hours as the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Saturday, May 30th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Memorial donations in Patrick’s name may be made to McNally Children’s Educational Fund, c/o Bernard McNally, 2 River Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.

I am sadden by the news of the loss of Patrick. Recently I had the chance meeting up with him as he passed through Las Vegas driving cross country. I know he loved his family very much and will truly be missed by all. Patrick was my friend and brother not to mention a marine. Semper Fi.

Sadly life events took over and I hadn’t seen Pat in a long time. When I think of Pat all I can do is smile. He was one of the funniest people I ever knew. Many a good time we shared.My condolences to the McNally family. RIP PAT.
