Rest in Peace Uncle Bill. You will be missed!!!!!!
Tyler remembers all the conversations he has had with you about football. He so proudly tells his friends how his Uncle Bill scored the first 3 touchdowns on the High School Football field.
I know you have gone to “good company”.
Love,
Colleen, Dion, Tyler & Hailey
Dear Deb,
I am sending my deepest sympathy to you. May you find strength each day, and hold onto all your treasured memories. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Diane M. Shanahan
Well Billy,
I guess you will get the answer before me. I also have the same
question… is there more? These last two years have been very helpful
to both of us… two old dogs helping and encouraging each other. As you
pass you take a piece of me with you. The sadness one feels is in direct
proportion to the happiness one has received…I’m very sad!
Go with God my brother,
George
PS
Tyler, I’m the one who handed him the football!!
Having known Billy for over 50 years, I can think of no other friend that I have come to respect and admire. I always found him a humble and a compassionate man. I know he is in good company now and shall miss him.
Dear Debbie & Pam -
Your parents and I were childhood friends – I lived at the lake near
Genie and met your Dad in high school. Billy and I played sports
together and remained good friends as adults.
I am saddened to hear of his death and send my deep sympathy
from Florida.
P.S. to Tyler — I played Center on that team and handed the
ball to George!!!
To the Rooney family ..

My thought’s are with you all at this again ,very sad time.
