Susan married Robert Carroll on September 15, 1995; the couple settled in Wilmington where they raised their four wonderful sons Patrick, Brian, Christian, and Leo. Susan loved being a “Mom” and cooking for “her boys”.

Susan was a little bit of a “dare devil” when it came to jet skiing, snowmobiling, and any other water sport; the faster she could go the better she enjoyed it. Susan also loved camping with her family and friends, everyone always had a great time and they made countless memories over the years.

Susan will be fondly remembered for her kind heart, her love of laughter, and for the many special times she shared with family and friends.

Susan was the beloved wife of Robert M. Carroll, loving mother of Patrick, Brian, Christian and Leo Carroll, all of Wilmington, cherished daughter of the late Lorraine C. (Brennick) Brozyna, and Louis J. Brozyna and his wife Donnamarie of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Wilmington, dear sister of Bruce Brozyna & his wife Christina of Franklin, LoriAnn Burgomaster & her husband Thomas of Westford, Barbara LeBlanc & her husband Stephen of Peabody, sister-in-law of Cathy Oliver of Laconia, NH. Susan is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

  6. Dianne Chalifour says:

Bob and the boys, Barb, Lori, Bruce, Mr. Brozyna, and the rest of Sue’s family and friends,

Sue had a presence – a brightness – that smile would make you smile and her laugh always made you laugh. She was also very passionate and expressed her feelings and thoughts, you always knew she deeply cared even if she was calling you out on something. I have a lot of teenage and young adult memories of Sue and all of you. There are few words that console at a time like this but I hope that the many memories and the love that will remain will bring some healing in time, and she is now at peace in the arms of Lorraine.

    Native American Prayer
I give you this one thought to keep –
I am with you still – I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the sweet uplifting rush,
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone –
I am with you still in each new dawn.

With my deepest sympathy to you all.
And love to you, my friend, you are loved, Sue, and I am wishing you a peaceful journey!
