I worked with Dot at the Wilmington Library. She was a joy to work with–such a wonderful sense of humor! I know how important her children and grandchildren were to her. I hope your memories of her give you solace. I am sorry for your loss.

Wendy and family,

We are so sorry for your loss and feel your pain. Our Dad also passed yesterday afternoon. We can only hope they are in a better place, happy and healthy again.

Dorothy will be fondly remembered for her zest for life. The many things that were important to her revolved around family, friends, music and books. Her passion in these areas were what made her such a joy to be around…she will be missed…it is our hope that heaven will be a HUGE library for Dorothy…with LOTS of music…
