Christine E. Woods, age 45 of Wilmington, formerly of Medford, passed away June 1, 2011, at home, surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer. Cherished daughter of Eileen J. (Cullinane) Woods of Medford and the late John M. Woods. Beloved sister of Julie A. Woods and her husband John Morawski of Uxbridge, John T. Woods and his wife Diane of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Matthew Woods and his fiancé Stephanie Nearhos and Nancy Moyer and her husband Edward all of Medford. Loving aunt of Evan, Cullen and Liam Morawski, Maxwell, Jackson, Camden and Kaitlyn Woods and Drew and Shane Moyer. Christine is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Saturday, June 4th at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 12:30 p.m. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 3, from 5-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 LBJ Fwy, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244 or to a Charity of One’s Choice.
