Yentile-Augusto, Daniel

April 22nd, 2009

augusto-daniel-2Daniel Paul Yentile-Augusto, Jr., age 25, of Lowell, formerly of Wilmington, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at the Lowell General Hospital.

Born on May 8, 1983, Daniel was the beloved son of Lisa A. (Yentile) (Theriault) Dupont of Lowell and Daniel P. Augusto of Worcester. Danny grew up in Wilmington and Billerica before moving to Lowell four years ago. He was a Graduate of S.E.E.M. Prep in Wakefield in 2005 and attended American Training at the Yeuell School.

Danny was a charmer, he could light up a room with his smile and he let everyone know he was there. Danny loved people, especially babies, and he loved to be in a crowd, the more commotion around him the better he liked it, always wanting to know what was happening. Danny never let his handicap define who he was, he was very endearing and genuine, his love for others was unconditional. He was truly an example of strength and courage. Danny will be missed greatly by his family and friends, especially his mom, who he had a wonderful relationship with; they were inseparable and the light of each others lives.

Besides his parents, Danny is survived by his step-dad Robert Dupont. He was the brother of Ryan and Chelsea Augusto, Robert Jr., Ashley, Christopher, Mae, Matthew, and the late Anthony Dupont, dear grandson of Vincent & the late Lillian Yentile of Wilmington, Antionette Barber of Las Vegas and the late John Augusto, great nephew of Viola Yentile and Rocco Yentile both of Wilmington, Theresa Geary & her husband Herb of North Reading, nephew of Linda Forrest of Sutton, Carol Bridden of Worcester, Kathleen Wesley of Portland, OR, Louis Francks of Eustis, FL, Tina Lena of Holland, MA, and the late Vincent Yentile, Jr., special cousin of James & Heather Lena. Daniel is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Family & friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Monday, April 27th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Thomas Church, 126 Middlesex Ave. Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours Sunday, April 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Lisa, I want to offer you my condolences for you and your family during this very difficult time. Danny brightened everyday with his wonderful energy, and always had a smile that would light up any room. Lisa, this is Bev, Michelle and John’s mom. This is such sad news to hear about your Danny. I have been away for over 10 years, always had you and Danny on my mind. May he be in peace. What beautiful words from your friends, he always had a smile. That is how I remember him too. I know this will be such a hard journey for you to go on. Just remember, he was loved by all who knew him, and he knew his mom loved him the best. My thoughts are with you and my prayers to keep you strong.

    Love you Lisa, Bev
