Yvette T. (Labbe) DeStefano

Yvette T. (Labbe) DeStefano, age 90, a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away on November 29, 2017. 

Yvette was the beloved wife of the late Michael A. DeStefano, devoted mother of Mary Ann Chamberland & her husband Warren of Westford, loving “Nana” of Kelly Ann Belt & her husband Jeffrey and Justin Mark Chamberland, great-grandmother of Liam Belt, cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Marie A. (Beland) Labbe, dear sister of Joseph Labbe of Everett, Evelyn Longo of Chelsea, the late Alice Basile and Jeannette Richard, sister-in-law of Edward DeStefano & his wife Joan of Revere and Fred Thompson of Fitchburg.  Yvette is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Monday, December 4th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday, December 3rd from 2:00-6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Yvette’s name may be made to Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack St., Lawrence, MA  01843.
