Carol A. O'Brien

Carol A. O'Brien, age 80, of Everett, MA, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2023, at the Whidden Hospital in Everett.

Carol was born on February 23, 1943, in South Boston, MA; she was the dear daughter of the late Vincent and Helen (Rakauskas) O'Brien.

Prior to retiring, Carol, worked for the Polaroid Company in Waltham for many years before taking a position as a medical coder for Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Carol was the beloved sister of Helen Boccuzzo and her husband Kevin of Pembroke, MA, the late Catherine O'Brien, Margaret Balyozian and her husband Albert of Arlington, MA, and Mary Gallagher and her husband James of Wilmington, MA.  She was a special aunt to Tony Boccuzzo and his wife Meara, Julie Boccuzzo, Linda Boccuzzo, Janet Boccuzzo, John Balyozian and his wife Amanda, Lauren Balyozian, David Balyozian, Lynn Gallagher, Danielle Masters and her husband Jason, Jamie Gallagher and her significant other Taylor Haynes, and she was the great-aunt to Jacob, Justin, Kevin, Wyatt, Charlotte, Brad and Evan.

At Carol's request all services will be private.
