DeLuca, Janice Obituary

Janice R. (Hurd) DeLuca, 61, of Wilmington, died September 13, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of Joseph R. DeLuca, devoted mother of Vickey Fitzgerald & her husband Scot of Wilmington and Steven Sheppard of Peabody, loving grandmother of Sabrina Fitzgerald, dear daughter of the late Roger & Mary (Costello) Hurd, sister of Elaine Maisel of Florida, Caroline LoPardo of New Hampshire, and Jim Gillan of Ohio. Janice is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Wednesday, September 17th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. Visiting hours on Tuesday, September 16th from 4-8 p.m.
