Elena M. (Palange) Carnabuci

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Elena M. Carnabuci on November 28, 2022.
 
Elena was born on December 21, 1938, in Boston, MA, to the late Matteo and Teresa (Celozzi) Palange, proud Italian immigrants.
 
She was raised in East Boston where she met our dad Anthony, her rock.  They moved to Wilmington in 1969 to the home and the town that they loved.
 
Elena was a graduate of East Boston High School, Eleanor Roberts Institute and Catherine Hinds School of Aesthetics.  She never stopped learning!  Elena was the proud owner of her electrology practice and of the work she did for the clients she served.
 
Elena was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Carnabuci, devoted mother of Renee McLaughlin and her husband Michael of Chelmsford, Lynne Harrison and Ron Biskin of Delray Beach, FL and Krista Floramo and her husband Ricky of Lynnfield.  She was the loving "Nana" of Zoe, Ethan, Isabella and Francesca, dear sister of Mathew Palange of Winthrop, the late Elisa O'Neil, Esther Gentile, Albert Palange and Gloria Girard.  Elena is also survived by her former son-in-law Todd Harrison, her godchild and niece Maria Eleana Norcott, as well her many special nieces, nephews, and their families.
 
At Elena's request her Funeral Services were private.
