Justin J. Ruggiero

Justin James Ruggiero, “Rug”, age 40, a life-long resident of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 4, 2022.
 
Justin was born in Lawrence, MA, on August 27, 1981; he was the cherished son of Vincent J. “Jim” and Janice (Miller) Ruggiero.  Justin attended Wilmington Public Schools where he made many life-long friends; he went on to graduate from Shawsheen Technical High School in Billerica with the Class of 1999.
 
Justin enjoyed life; he loved music, playing around with the guitar and singing to his heart's content.  He looked forward to the time he spent with his family; especially his daughter Trinity whom he adored and “hanging out” with his friends.
 
Justin will be fondly remembered for many things including his wonderful sense of humor, his contagious laugh and his winning smile.  He had a heart of gold and an endearing personality; he was very kind towards others and people just loved him.
 
Justin lived life on his own terms, he did things “his way” and was unapologetically himself.  He certainly left his imprint on the world; he helped others along the way and will forever live in the hearts of those he touched.
 
Justin is survived by his beloved daughter Trinity Ruggiero and her mom Jaime (Brown) Shepard of Westminster, he was the cherished son of Jim and Janice Ruggiero of Wilmington, dear brother of Christopher Ruggiero and his wife Regina of Billerica and James Ruggiero of Wilmington.  He was the loving Uncle of Cameron and Natalia Ruggiero.  Justin is further survived by many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
 
Family and friends will gather for Visiting Hours on Tuesday, August 9th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA.  A Celebration of Justin’s life will take place at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 10th at 11:00 a.m.
