Kendall, Marjorie Obituary

Marjorie S. (Nary) Kendall, "Marge", age 90, of Wilmington, formerly of Tewksbury, died Sunday, December 16, 2007, after a long illness at the Westford House Nursing Home in Westford, MA. She was born October 15, 1917, in Somerville, MA, daughter of the late Elmer and Myrtle (White) Nary. Marge was a graduate of Wilmington High School with the class of 1937.

She was a longtime resident of Wilmington for 73 years before moving to Tewksbury for the last few years. She was a longtime parishoner of St. Dorothy's Church and was an active member of the Ladies Sodality. Marge was a loving mother and grandmother, who loved spending a lot of her time at York Beach with her family and friends. Marge was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, who never missed watching the games. She was thrilled to have seen the Red Sox win the World Series twice in her lifetime. In 2003, Marge attended the wedding of her granddaughter, Vicki, where she was the flower girl at the young age of 85. It was a wonderful day, where lots of beautiful memories were made.

Marge was the devoted mother who will be sadly missed by her three daughters Deborah J. DelleDonne & her husband Ernest of York Beach, ME, Dorothy A. O'Donnell & her husband Paul of Wilmington, Norine Melander & Sal Constantino of Woburn, and her son William E. Kendall & his wife Camille of Lowell, loving grandmother of Vicki (DelleDonne) Murray of Oxford, CT, Christie DelleDonne of Watertown, Kellie O'Donnell of Portland, OR, James O'Donnell of Wilmington, Dorothy Melander of Plymouth, Deborah Melander and Joseph Constantino of Woburn, Eric Kendall of St. Augustine, FL, Richard Kendall of Maine, Michael and Caroline Nguyen of Lowell, , great-grandmother of Kendell & Ethan Murray, Michelle Melander, Thomas & Joseph Major, Kylie Finlay, Jessica, Ricky, & Cody Kendall, and great-great-grandmother of Matthew Wilson, sister Avis (Nary) Galka of Lancaster, NH, Norman Nary of Northwood, NH, and the late Violet Duggan, Lindsey Nary, and Elmer Nary, Marge is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.

Funeral from the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62), Wilmington on Thursday, December 20th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Dorothy's Church, Main St., Wilmington, at 12:00 noon. Interment Wildwood Cemetery. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 3-8p.m. Memorial donation's in Marjorie's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
