Robertina "Tina" (Short) Landry

Robertina “Tina” (Short) Landry age 89, of Toms River, NJ, formerly of Wilmington, MA, passed into rest with her Lord, peacefully at home on November 22, 2022.

Tina was born January 02, 1933 in Boston, MA; she was the beloved daughter of the late William Henry and Robertina Frances (Eaton) Short. She was raised in Jamaica Plain, MA and graduated from Jamaica Plain High School 1951. Later in life, Tina graduated from the Tewksbury Hospital practical nursing program in Tewksbury, MA.

Tina married the love of her life, Henry in 1953. They spent over 57 years together before Henry’s passing in May 2010.

Along with caring for and loving her family, she was an avid reader, and also enjoyed camping, traveling and dancing. Tina was much loved by her family and will be greatly missed. 

Tina was the loving wife of the late Henry Landry, devoted mother of Henry Landry Jr. & wife Carolyn of LaGrange, NY, Carolyn Keating of Toms River, NJ, and Sharon Binis and husband Michael of Supply, NC. She was predeceased by her son-in-law David Keating and grandson William Landry. Tina is survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Monday, December 5th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.  A Graveside service to Celebrate Tina's life will take place on Tuesday, December 6th at 11:00 a.m. in the Wildwood Cemetery, 233 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, MA (Please use Wildwood Street entrance).
